this depends on the way of birth, c section or normal labour, normal labour will cause stretching of the vagina, that will affect her sensation duing intercourse, this could be avoided by proper episiotomy stitching. however in multiparas woman there will be some redundancy in the vaginal wall affecting stretching sensation as the vagina feels no pain, that will affect her pleasure during sex.
