Every woman is different when it comes to regular periods after discontinuing birth control. Some women start back regularly within a month and others can take years to become regular again.
You are at risk for pregnancy. Use a back up method of birth control, like condoms or abstinence from vaginal sex, until you have taken seven pills correctly.
No birth control method, save abstinence, is 100% effective. If, after a light or missed period, you take a pregnancy test and it comes back positive, you're probably pregnant.
maybe.... maybe xD (anything is possible)

not sure what the outcome will be but me and my wife have expirienced several problems with mirena since she had it put in July or august 2010 and we also are getting ready to sue her symptoms include: BV Yeast Infection (which spread to me) Cramps A bad vaginal smell Genital itching Depression Bleeding/Spotting Headaches Bloating Hair Loss Pain during sex and other people have had many other symptoms to it Breast cancer being one of the symptoms. the doctors never told us about any of the symptoms, all they said was that it could cause bleeding for a little while but would clear up gradually. well it clears up then comes back. they gave us absolutely no symptoms. also if you have no shot at sueing the mirena company, if your doctor did not tell you breast cancer was a symptom you could sue your doctor we are suing BOTH mirena and the doctor. hope i helped
I can't say that it's 'normal' or a common symptom, just that it's also happening to me along with severe back aches.
If started within the first seven days of menstrual bleeding, no back up method is needed - it's immediately effective. If started at any other time in the menstrual cycle, use a back up method for seven days. If you're switching from the shot, implant, or a birth control pill, continue the hormonal birth control method for seven days if you're not in the first five days of menstrual bleeding. If you're starting on the day of an in-clinic suction abortion, no backup is needed.
My Gyno told me to check it once a month because it can fall out although I think it is pretty rare. I wish mine would fall out than I wouldn't have to go back again to have it removed Yes, It can fall out on its own I had mine fall out durning intercourse. I know 2 other ladies i meet at a gyno, whos had also fallin out. I suggest a IUD over the mirena.
