Yes very easily. If your worried your tattoo may be infected, this is what I recommend you to do:
- Locate if there is any pussing or swelling around the tattooed area(s)
- Wipe area from of any forgien things (hair, puss, etc.)
- Apply Neosporin, NOT Vaseline!
- And repeat this process 2-3 times daily.
Also, do NOT apply a bandage. They trap moisture in, and this will result in your tattoo to become soggy and the ink to possibly rub away. Especially if it's the first 1-3 days after it has been finished.
If any open sores begin to appear, I recommend seeing your dermatologist, ASAP.
