As far as i know, there will not be a fight between hulk and Iron Man in the next hulk movie. Dont get me wrong, the hulk movie was the best, but I heard there may not even be a second hulk movie, but, Hulk and Iron Man will most likely work together in the Avengers film coming out in 2011!
Hulk is stronger, bigger, greener and dumber than Iron Man Iron Man is smarter, funnier, cooler and richer than Hulk hulks power runs off of addrenaline and iron.

There's no such thing called Hulk 2.If by chance you're referring to a follow up to the 2003 Hulk movie, no sequel was made.The next movie was a 2008 reboot called The Incredible Hulk which as well, did not get a sequel.

I highly doubt it although I know I would love for that to happen. I don't think we will see another Hulk movie other than the Avengers, any avengers sequels and possibly minor appearances in other films. Although I would personally love to see a film based on Rulk or another alternative hulk.

But Ghost Rider is immortal, and he even once defeated Galactus just by using his penance stare in the 1994 "Fantastic Four" show! They're both very strong so they might be equally matched.
