No, it will not damage the car at all, you will need to reprogram your radio when the new battery goes in though.
Leave the battery cover ON. It slows the temperature extremes that your battery is subjected to, faster variations result in less battery life.
TRY THIS: Open the tape door on the bottom. LEAVE IT OPEN. Power off your camcorder and remove the battery. With the battery removed, move the power switch to ON. LEAVING THE POWER ON AND THE TAPE DOOR OPEN, replace the battery. The tape should eject without damage. This works for many other models as well.
Not exactly "damage", but if you keep it on the charger all the time, then the battery capacity may appear to decrease, i.e., the battery won't last as long when you do use it. Think of the battery as a muscle.
Remove the battery head and leave it overnight
try taking it apart and drying it on a radiator or television vent.D'ont dry the battery as it might cut the circut. Leave it for a few days without turning it on.
Remove the battery, blow dry it to remove all the water, leave it for about 30 minutes and then switch it on.
It is a good thing to disconnect the negative battery cable when charging, so no damage can occur to the car's computers.
I think you can just not for days
1. Get a memory saver to plug into the cigarette lighter. 2. Take the old battery out and put the new one in. 3. Start the car and remove the memory saver. If you have already removed the battery without the memory saver, don't fret. Just leave the cables off for about 10 minutes, then reconnect the cables, then turn the ignition on without restarting the car. Leave it on for about a minute, then start it, you might still have a problem with it running. Just give it a little while, it should level out. Good Luck!!
No it is no safe to, it will probably kill you battery. It uses 200watts.
OK this should work because it worked with my one but my one was not water damage however you might as well try.1. Remove Back Cover case2. Remove Battery3. Blow on the battery on all sides and blow the back of the phone (gently)4. Leave it for about 15-20 minutes or 20-30 minutes5. Put back the battery and the Back Cover Case and it SHOULD NOT DEFINITELY should be finePS: I did that on a blackberry curve 8520 but it should work for the bold as well
NO! never remove the acid caps! EVER! only if it is a battery to something like an ATV or dirt bike you would take the acids caps off and only to refill the acid. if it is a normal car battery just leave them on. if you are talking about the (+) and (-) battery TERMINAL caps then on some vehicles you have to take them off so that the charger can come in contact with the battery posts.
