Since this is a June answer to a winter question that is six months old, the WikiAnswer weather prediction is that it won't snow much at all in June of 2008 in New Jersey. Perhaps a meterology historian will provide a quick answer. Its now July and still no snow.
Last year set records in the southern part of the state. I would expect this year to not be as stormy, and not be as cold when there are storms. Near-normal or a little bit below normal snowfall is most likely, especially in the south.
