Which the answer I THINK would be no...First because in "Don't judge a girl by her cover" Cammie was starting to feel something for Zach, she had him in her mind, second , Josh is still a normal boy and their relationship was starting to be forgotten also in GG3...third and last, I think that if the author created Zach was for Cammie to get involved with someone else...and anyway, as explained by Cammie in GG2, Zach was the one who knew her, and she knew that Josh knew a lie 'bout her...a cover...but the only one that knows the answer to your specific question is the same Ally Carter....updateted to say: Josh and Cammie do not get back together in book 4.
