Yes, she has.
In fact; she has had 3 kits with him and gave them to her sister, Squirrelflight, to raise with Squirrelflight's mate Brambleclaw.
Since she has admitted that, she is no longer Med. cat. Her son, Jayfeather is.
Hollyleaf is deceased, and Lionblaze is well.
