Liabilty will not cover damage from a collision with a deer no matter what insurance company you have. Animal collisions are covered under "Comprehensive" or "Other Than Collision" coverage. Liability only covers damage you do when you are At Fault.

Who will be responsible if your parked car hit by a stolen car and you only have liability insurance?

It depends on the state, but at least where I live, the insurance of the stolen car pays for damages. Check it out with your insurance agent. He/she should be able to give you that information, even if your liability won't cover it.

Does insurance cover car damages while driving out of state?

Yes. Your insurance adjusts to the higher or your liability limits or the minimum limits for the state that you drive into. Be aware that all U.S. insurance will cover you in Canada as well but not in Mexico. When you cross the border into Mexico your insurance does not. If you move to another state you are required to notify your insurance company and if you don't it could be a cause for denying your coverage.

What is third party only Insurance cover on a vehicle?

Third party insurance, is also called liability insurance. This type of insurance does not cover you per say, but it covers others. When you are involved in an auto accident for which you are at fault, your liability or third party insurance will cover injuries and damages you cause to others, up to your liability limit. For example if you run a stop sign and hit another car, your third party insurance would cover the injuries, medical expenses, and property damage of the car you hit. You have a limit of third party insurance which is outlined by your policy and determines how much you pay for insurance. Each state and province has their own laws, but most require that you have a minimum amount of liability insurance. This is to protect all drivers because if the damages of an accident exceed your liability amount, you will be required to pay the difference, which can end up being several thousand dollars. Therefore it is recommended that you increase your third party liability above the state minimums. If you want your vehicle covered, you need to get comprehensive or collision coverage.

What if you only have PL PD on your car and while its parked it gets hit by a drunk driver with no insurance in the state of michigan?

That means that you have liability coverage only, which does not cover your damages. If the other driver is uninsured, the only option left is, to take him to court and sue him for your damages.

Driver become subject to liability insurance law when accident damages amount to?

You are subject to liability insurance requirements whether or not an accident occurs. An accident has nothing to do with liability requirements. You are required to have liability insurance of at least the minimum required by your state before getting into a vehicle and driving it. Driving is what triggers the law.

If you rear ended someone and was arrested for DUI will your liability cover the damage and injury caused to the victim?

Actually it depends on a lot of different circumstances. Was the insurance current without any cancellations? If you had the minimum legal required amount of liability insurance they will probably cover the victim's damages and the victim may also be entitled to State Reparation Benefits that would cover what insurance won't. What the DUI offender needs to be concerned about is collision damages to his/her own car. Those almost certainly WILL NOT be covered by such an occurrence, but it depends. If there was full coverage there are numerous loopholes.
