I don't know. A lot of people are hoping with Obama as president, it will be. But, I am thinkin it won't. But it is already basically legal cuz nobody really cares. My friends got pulled over while they were high and the cop just made them throw away their weed. but they came back and got it later. So just don't do anything stupid while ur high and ul be fine.
