No it don't.

If you had a rusty object like a rusty nail,screwdriver or a chain you can put them in a drink that has acid like Pepsi® or Coke® you place the chain or whatever in one of those two or any kind of acid drink and you wait like couple of hours or you can put it over night.And at the morning the rust will go because the acid is a highly concentrated solution that has the ability to take out rust.
