No. First, niacin is supposed to be for THC, not meth; second, niacin doesn't work to clean THC out of anything; and third, as much niacin as you're apparently "supposed" to take to clean out the THC will ruin your liver, give you heart arrythmias, metabolic acidosis and hyperglycemia. Oh, and it's fairly easy to detect--specific gravity tests and pH tests will both detect it.
