Will one rat take charge of my other rat I have 2 female ratties and one is kind of mean to the older one the older one is getting skinnier is the other rat is taking all the food away from her?

the younger rat is probably taking dominance and eating all the food or not allowing the other one to eat. i recommend separating them but keeping them close together. you should make sure the older gets food and starts eating. if that doesn't solve anything and she still doesn't eat you should hand feed her or get her checked at the vet. she might be scared to eat. also try keeping them in separate rooms and see if that helps.
