All US states and territories honor each other's requests for extradition - there are no 'safe-haven' states - it is impossible to say whether a particular state will choose to extradite you or not, there are simply too many variables. It may depend on the offense and the seriousness of the crime and/or how badly they want you returned - most states WILL extradite for felony offenses

When a state issues a warrant it decides if they are willing to extradite you and if so how far they are willing to travel. Some states will not extradite outside their city for petty things like bad checks. While others will only extradite inside their state. Then you got some that will extradite from any state that is surrounding them, aka touching them. Then of course they can go wherever they want to in the country.
