Will power steering fluid conduct electricity?

No unless it is very very very high voltage and there is no

chance that could occur in a car though. Oil is non conductive. It

is non conductive up to about 300,000 volts which is way more than

even the spark-plug coil in a car puts out which would be in the

range of 20,000 to 50,000 volts.
