The royal family of Monaco, the Grimaldis, currently had Prince Albert on the throne. His parents, Ranier III and Grace Kelly, also had two daughters, Princess Caroline of Hanover and Princess Stephanie of Monaco.
Hopefully, Princess Charlene will produce an heir soon. If not, Albert's oldest nephew Andre ,(via big sister Caroline), will be sworn on the throne, after his demise.

In 1865 Queen Victoria was Queen of the UK. Her oldest son, Prince Albert Edward of Wales, was next in line to the throne. That year Prince Edward had his second child, George, was born. His older brother, Prince Albert Victor, was second in line to become King after his father. But, in 1892 Prince Albert Victor became sick and died. This boosted Prince George to second in line after his father. In 1901, Queen Victoria died and Prince Albert Edward took the throne, calling himself Edward VII. This made Prince George the Heir to the throne. In 1910 King Edward died and Prince George took the throne.

am assuming princess Caroline oldest son, but are they ready? what background does he have to assure he can preform and carry his grandfathers legacy, what does he have to offer to the people of monaco? what can he proudly say he has done to assure the well being of his reign and offer a future economy to his principality? Is he prepared to face the economic pressure and bring wealth and respect to his small dynasty that's his fathers fought to keep it going and never giving it up?
There has not been a George VII in the UK but it is expected that Prince Charles will adopt that moniker when king.

Victoria was Queen of England, Albert was her husband, not the heir to the British Throne. He was considered her consort rather than King.
