You cannot fix individual pixels of flat panel displays. To fix it the entire display will have to be replaced.
Fix it yourself, ask a business that does fix electronics, or (if still under warranty) send it back to the company.

If you call nintendo, and tell them your problem they will send you packing supplies to mail in your DS. After 4 weeks they will send you back a new DS.
