Though I don't have an Xbox 360 so I can't answer this with complete confidence, I would say most likely yes. The PS3 just uses a standard ethernet cord. The only reason I could see for the 360 to not use it would be if it was wireless only, but I don't think so. Only the wii is that annoying.
