No, red bull does not contain methenphetamines. The active ingredients in red bull are guarana, taurine and caffeine. None of these stimulants would produce a positive result for methenphetamine (or any other drug other than caffeine).

∙ 13y agoNo, the only thing that will help you pass a urine test is to go into it clean. The chemicals some people suggest using to "pass" - will actually trigger a positive result and the lab will then use more sensitive testing to look more closely at what you are trying to hide.
If your urine is "dirty" - don't say anything except "I have used nothing" - if you start telling them what you haven't used - before they tell you what they found - you have just incriminated yourself.
If the test is positive for THC you can request a retest, claiming you have not used in X amount of time - unless the concentration is very high you will usually be given the benefit of the doubt and retested.
Of course if you test higher in the retest, you're done.
