Will rubbing alcohol kill lice on furniture
Rubbing alcohol is often a good way to take ink off of non-porous surfaces. Unfortunately, paper is absorbent and likely to be ruined by the rubbing alcohol. You cannot use rubbing alcohol to take washable marker off of paper.

Yes Get the Rand C spray it works for head and body lice.
I would first try rubbing alcohol If that doesn't work you can buy this stuff called goo gone. It takes off sticky stuff from labels. It might also be able to take off the furniture polish. I would try either a mixture of vinegar and water takes off all stains away usually. If that doesn't work then I would try some rubbing alcohol. Alcohol has gotten some stuff off of my mirrors before.

you can use any of these: rubbing alcohol, Goof Off, WD40, hair spray, or Mr. Clean (rubbing alcohol would most likely be the best to use) hope that helps :)
you can use a paint stripper just as you would had the furniture been intentionally painted. If that doesn't work, you can always scrape it off and buy a finish or paint that matches that of the dresser so you can sand down the area and refinish it the same as before.
