When Orochimaru was transforming, Sasuke enters the room and tried to kill him. Orochimaru is in Sasuke, but Sasuke took over Orchimaru so Sasuke has full control of his own body. During Itachi's final battle, Itachi finds that Orochimaru is still alive in Sasuke, so Itachi drove Orochimaru out and kills him. Part of Orochimaru is in Kabuto after Sasuke and Orochimaru's fight, so Orochimaru might not be dead, but Orochimaru is mainly killed by Sasuke. Its really naruto because he fights sasuke on 1-tailed fox form and naruto can go to 9-tailed fox -------------------------------------- Actually, it is pretty much undecided. They have yet to actually fight in the show. In the manga (SPOILER ALERT) they have a brief encounter and there was no absolute answer to who was more powerful. Naruto may have the Kyubi (and now in the manga he's almost to a point where he can fully control it) but he also has a feeling of kinship with Sasuke, where as Sasuke is fully willing to kill Naruto. The curse seal is gone from Sasuke but he now has Itachi's power added to his own. As the fight in the first Naruto series ended in pretty much a draw (though Sasuke had the chance to kill Naruto) they have both improved at the same rate and therefor it would be easy to presume that they are both equally powerful.
