Super glue is a good option for reattaching a rear view camera, but make sure that it is a good quality adhesive. There are twenty grades of USDA certified super glues.

If this is the terminal mounted on the window, clear silicone is best.
Go to a parts store and pick up a glue kit made just for that; Follow the directions. MAKE SURE you glue that mounting plate on the right way---with smaller part of bevel to the glass!
Most auto part stores sell a kit to reattach, glue, that terminal to the glass.
Clean off old spot, and buy new blue color glue(any store) then let sit in SHADE.
Most varieties of super glue will work. However, I've found the Loctite version to be best for windows. This is sold as 'Loctite Auto Mirror Adhesive'.

Super glue remover officially; however, super glue is quite brittle, and a well-placed tap with a hammer on a flathead screwdriver might work better.

Go to Auto parts/supply store or glass store and get special adhesive made for that and reattach
There is a special type available at auto parts stores, possibly at some place like Wal Mart. Use a single edge razor blade to make sure all the old glue is off the windshield and the mounting plate. Put just a drop or two of glue on the plate and hold it in place over night with some tape.
