Absolutely not in any way!

yes because half of them dont do aanything
Robitussin is very effective. Menthol cough drops work well too.
It could help a cough and help you rest, like many cough medicines do that have alcohol as an active ingredient. But you should not use more than an ounce or less at a time and not more often than you would use the cough medicines, no more often than every few hours. It would not only not be good, but could be bad, if you use more than that since alcohol is a diuretic and could contribute to dehydration. You need extra fluids when fighting a cold. Do not use alcohol along with medicines that also have alcohol as an ingredient, and read the labels or ask your pharmacist if there would be a problem taking alcohol with other medicines you take at the time.
If you are ill and taking cough medicine while driving what happens
Some cough medicines are antitussives (cough suppressants) and some are mucolytics (purported to loosen phlegm).

This is a statement and not a question, but I will answer it. Most have 10% alcohol in them. I know NyQuil does.
It's a not a pregnancy sign but just as when you are not pregnant you can get cough or a cold.
None.
The Robitussin should have no affect on your pregnancy but you should check with your doctor. You find that many of the symptoms of pregnancy reduce after 13 weeks, the tiredness, nausea, sore breasts etc all tend to get better and you start to 'bloom'. You have probably been feeling so sick with the cough you hadn't noticed the pregnancy symptoms diminishing.
medicines such as robitussin can alter your state of mind.
