Yes, the Control 24 will work with the Digi 003. It is supported as a controller in Pro Tools up to version 10. This will be the last version that supports this discontinued hardware.

Pro Tools LE (up to version 8.0) will only work with Avid (Digidesign) hardware, ie. MBox, Digi 002, 003 etc. Pro Tools M-Powered works with approved M-Audio USB and Firewire audio interfaces, not the USB microphones. It is not possible to use multiple USB or Firewire audio devices in Pro Tools LE or M-Powered.
