It will if its the same model type, say Esi to Gs, Tsi to Gsx, Tsi Turbo To Gst, check out some dsm forums and they should be able to tell you

ive got a 91 eagle talon also, the transmission is great. works perfect and all. BUT the reverse dosent work at all.. so in other words, all other gears work perfect. EXCEPT reverse. not sure of this problem.

yes it will, but the manifold your gonna put the tsi throttle body on must be a turbo manifold as well, well actually not really, it will fit no matter what, its just the non turbo manifold has more vacuum lines runnin to the throttle body, but it should work, never had a non turbo talon but i am very familiar with them, i have a 92 tsi awd talon and a 98 tsi.

"it most certainly will"Let's eleborate on that. Yes it CAN, but you still have to make some modifications to make it work. If you are buying a junkyard engine to install then you need to do your homework, because it will NOT simply plug and play. The motor may fit, but the engine management is different between the two cars, and that will cause you problems.

Yes, they are interchangeable, but if you plan to put a 95 motor in a 92, do not do it. The 7bolt motors experience crankwalk, which is bad. But if you're putting a 92 motor in a 95, go for it! I just finished putting a 91 motor in my 95. It's quite a bit of work, and you have to know what you're doing. There are plenty of guides out there for a 6bolt swap.
