you do not have a relay for a fan belt. just change them.
by changing it.
take it to a garage and get if fixed
use a piece of duct tape and wrap the clutch assembly
The heater/AC fan has no relay just a switch. The Radiator fan relay is mounted next to the battery. It has 2 plugs and starts based on radiator temp and AC pressure.
Could be a bad coolant temperature sensor, fan relay or thermostat. keep in mind the fan motor itself may be bad.

with air or with out? There should be a white label on your core support or hood underside to show you with air
Check the temperature at the radiator when hot Cooling fan is designed to come on only when:A/C Compressor is on (either during cooling or defrosting) orwhen coolant temperature exceeds 235 degrees Fahrenheit
This depends entirely on the board itself. look up the board model, and find out if it can take the X2 at all. After that , you should be able to simply remove old core and insert new core. Be careful with the metal heatsink and fan if it uses clip. If you crack a stupid clip you screwed the whole motherboard. (I once did that and was greatly annoyed!)
The effective average operating temperature for the AMD Phenom II X4 955 is approximately 47 degrees Celsius or 153 degrees Fahrenheit. However if you purchase and utilize an aftermarket cooling fan, it is possible for you to lower the temperature by as much as 10 degrees Celsius or 50 degrees Fahrenheit. You can cool this processor even further if you install a water cooling system but this requires tremendous computer hardware experience to install.
If you are not planning to overclock your processor, then most any AM2 heat sink and fan will work. Do look on the package to verify it is rated for quad-core 2.5 Ghz. Some good brands are Thermaltake, Masscool, Cooler Master, and Zalman (listed from personal experience)
