No. Get those nails trimmed! If you don't get them trimmed, you will wind up with a g-pig with bumblefoot. It's an awful thing where the nail goes into the foot and gets infected. If you can't clip them yourself,go to the vet soon. They need to be trimmed once a week or as needed.

The care you should have for it is you should cut their nails regulary because if they get to long, their nails could start hurting them and cause much pain. Especially if you have a carpet its nails could get stuck in it, and they might squeal.
