some of them will.depends if they are roller rocker or studded. also check for match at the intake gaskets. not all will fit, but some definitely will.

It is exactly what it says. The number of valves the engine has per cylinder. If you have 16 valves on an 8 cylinder engine, you have 2 valves per cylinder.
The odd numbered cylinders are next to the firewall, and the even numbered cylinders are next to the radiator. Number one is at the front ( pulley end ) of the engine. Standing at the front of the vehicle looking into the engine compartment, the front of the engine is on your left. Therefore that puts the number one cylinder on your left near the firewall.
