I can't believe you're asking strangers online this question. This is about the health and well-being of your baby. The warning of "if you are pregnant or nursing ....." is on the back of pretty much every over-the counter-drug on the market. For a reason. So you can count on stronger drugs being a concern.

You need to contact your pediatrician and/or your dentist about the medications you were given (or will be given). Immediately.

EVERYTHING that is put into your system, (IE. by mouth, intravenious, snorting through the nostrils, smoking), will most DEFINITELY pass through your breast milk and into your baby's sytem and may have harmful, irreversible affects on your child's life.

Answer:First, find out what drugs they are intending to use. Second, contact a pharmacist that you trust and ask them to look up the half-life of these drugs as well as any indications that would affect breastmilk. Not all drugs will have a negative affect, but many do. For example, novocaine and nitrous oxide (two commonly used meds for dental work) are generally considered compatible with breastfeeding because they are rapidly eliminated from your bloodstream. But find out what your dentist will be using and then contact a pharmacist about that specific drug.

Is it ok to use pan40 tab while breast feeding baby?

No. Pantoprazole (generic for Protonix) has been found in animal and human breast milk. It can result in harm to a nursing baby. Therefore, you should either not take the medication or discontinue nursing the baby while taking the tablets. There may be other medications that are permitted for use during pregnancy. Possible alternative (with a doctors permission) would be to adjust your diet or eat less in order to not require taking the pill.

Breast milk contains fat speculate about how breast feeding might affect the concentration of ddt in a mother and her baby?

DDT has been outlawed for a long time. There are substances we consume daily that I would worry about a lot more. Heavy metals and chemicals used to grow and make our food and drugs are not good for any one, especially a baby.
