I hunted and hunted a couple years ago for the signal flasher for my 1996 Monte Carlo. At the factory for some reason, it is hidden at the left side of the steering column where it enters the cars firewall. I can't take credit for find it. I was talking to a counter salesman at Auto Zone about not being able to find the signal flasher. He walked out to my Monte and went directly to the above location and pulled it out from the hidding place. The signal flasher was good. My problem with the turn signals not flashing was the button that is pushed down to activate the emergency flashers. I removed the button which was loose in the factory hole and used a pair of needle nose pliars to pull up on the switch where the button was. Signals working again. I think the installers of a recent new turn signal switch at GM Chevrolet dealership messed it up I installed the turn signal flasher in the approiate location, the location where it should of been when my Monte Carlo left the factory. The mounting squeese pin on on back of the turn signal flasher and it fits the hole for mounting just fine.

The character whose nose grew when he lied is Pinocchio, a wooden puppet created by Geppetto in the classic Italian children's novel "The Adventures of Pinocchio" by Carlo Collodi. Whenever Pinocchio tells a lie, his nose grows longer, serving as a physical manifestation of his dishonesty. This trait emphasizes the moral lessons about truthfulness and integrity throughout the story.
