No... the order won't matter. Since the bulbs are hooked up in series, the total resistance across the circuit, regardless of the order, will remain the same. Therefore, the lights will have the same intensity regardless of the order.

Also, by Kirchoff's Current Law, the signed sum of the currents entering a node is equal to zero. As a consequence, in a series circuit, the current at every point in that circuit is the same.

Does Gamma decay emits energy but no particles?

it emits very high energy photons

How does the fact that energy is neither created or destroyed affect an object that emits light?

Well, if the body emits its own light then it first has to make it. So when the light is made not all of the energy put in will become light therefore the energy created will become light, heat and sound (like a light bulb) and so the amount of energy that is wasted on heat and sound will affect the amount of light produced in the long run. Hope this helps

What energy do luminous objects give off?

Luminous intensity is measured in Candelas. If a light source emits one candela of luminous intensity uniformly across a solid angle of one steradian, its total luminous flux emitted into that angle is one lumen. Alternatively, an isotropic one-candela light source emits a total luminous flux of exactly 4π lumens. The lumen can be thought of casually as a measure of the total "amount" of visible light in some defined beam or angle, or emitted from some source. A standard North American 100 watt incandescent light bulb emits 1500-1700 lumens,[1] while a standard European 230 V model emits 1200-1400 lm.[2] A 100 watt high-pressure sodium vapor lamp emits around 15,000 lumens.[3] The number of lumens produced per watt of power consumed is the wall-plug luminous efficacy of the source.

Why is solar energy transfered to earth by radiation?

Where is there a resister in a light bulb circuit?

In an old-fashioned light bulb, the part that emits light is a resistance. When current flows through it, it heats up so much that it glows - it emits light.Due to their lousy efficiency, these light bulbs should be discarded, in favor of fluorescent light bulbs or LED light bulbs. In an old-fashioned light bulb, the part that emits light is a resistance. it glows and emits light.

What wavelength of maximum intensity does the Sun emit?

The Sun emits most of its radiation in a wavelength band between 0.1 and 4.0 micrometers (µm).

How do tungsten-halogen bulbs generate light?

Inside a tungsten-halogen bulb, electrons flow through a tungsten filament. The filament heats up and emits light.

What is the unit of luminious intensity?

candela--------------------------------------------The official international definition of candela (1979) is:"The candela is the luminous intensity, in a given direction, of a source that emits monochromatic radiation of frequency 540 x 10e12 hertz and that has a radiant intensity in that direction of 1/683 watt per steradian".

Why electric bulbs used in incubator?

Electric bulbs are used in incubators because it emits just enough heat to provide optimal climate conditions for the unhitched eggs to incubate in. For instance, to incubate chickens the optimal temperature needs to be between 98 to 101 degrees fahrenheit.

How do Plant light bulbs work?

The fluorescent type of light bulbs (correctly called lamps) have a phosphor that besides emitting visible light (400 to 750 nm) also emits some UV enengy in the UV-A range. Plants need visible light and some UV-A to be effective.

What form of electmagnetic waves does the sun give off?

The Sun emits radiation in all parts of the Electromagnetic Spectrum. However, the strongest intensity radiation is at wavelength of around 450 nanometers. This is in the visible region.

The wavelengths of thermal infrared emitted by the Earth are?
