Unfortunately you do not tell us her age. Its possible those teeth may be her milk
teeth. It is never to late to begin to look after her, I am pleased to hear you are. You will not be charged or lose her, you will probably get a blast from the vet for neglect, you will have to take that on the chin. Secretly,the vet will be pleased you are doing the right thing. Call your vet first and inform him/her that your dog has not had her shots, one good way to get on the wrong side of a vet is to show up unannounced with a dog that may be highly infectious.
i dont have a vet thoe,she is like 9 years of age,yes i love her and look after her everyday,and whats a blast? i dont neglect my dog she is like my very own child.
