No season 5 but season 4 isn't over yet. It returns on Fri, April 17, 2009 (US) for the rest of season 4 (the following Tuesday in the UK).
Although there is no season 5 of Prison Break, the series returns to the screens to complete the last 6 episodes of season 4 across 5 Fridays. So far only 16 episodes have aired. The final episode will complete the 22 episodes initially ordered by FOX.US Viewers:
