Sony releases the ps3 updates all the time but if you are looking for like upgraded ps3 internally then no. That would make it complete different sysstem there for they are working on ps4 with all new updates. But will you see different versions of ps3 like ps3 and ps3 slim probably yes.
Yes,and it should be touch-screen The PS3 does not require the new PS3 only one updated with latest software. PS3 does not contain a screen and the move will work on even a Standard resolution TV connected to an updated PS3
Games that have updates must be updated before they can be played when you have an internet connection on your PS3 and put the game disc in the disc drive
The PS3 will ask you to connect and download the software. It will handle the upgrade itself.
crush your PS3 with a hammer till it is in pieces and throw it away
The ability for that kind of software(otherOS) to be used by the PS3 was taken from the PS3 when it was updated in fall 2009 . see related links

yes The PS3 Move controller and eye camera will work with any updated PS3
Games with online PS3 connection must be updated before they can be played on the PS3 and they only need to be clicked to update them after the screen tells you the game needs to be updated
Yes Sony says early models that have not been updated can be hacked
yes All PS3 games work in every PS3 if they have been Updated and have optional Move components (needed only for the PS3 move exclusive games) see list of many PS3 games on related link
