It is unlikely, since all the books have been written, and each one has a individual game and section in the LEGO Harry Potter games. The publishing rights have been maintained by JK Rowling, so there cannot be unauthorized continuations of the storyline.
It is possible that EA Games may decide to re-make games from earlier movies using more current graphics technology, but the financial investment for a new game based on movies that are up to 12 years old now is risky.
