Hi, now keep in mind that MilliGrams are a unit of weight so each of the pills are technically the same its just that 60Mg pill have 20Mg more of the formula in it. so take away 32.8% off of the 60MG and you'll now have a 40Mg pill. Hope this answers your question. -Shrimpo

Adderall XR is time-release amphetamine--one of the drugs tested for on every drug testing regimen I know of. If you've been taking it a few months, you're looking at somewhere around at least two weeks to get clean of it.

It also depends on tolerance. If you have little or no amphetamine tolerance, I would not exceed 20-30mg in 1 dose. If your amphetamine tolerance is through the roof, you could probably handle a very large amount. This is not "safe" though, being that large doses of amphetamines can cause long term cardiovascular and psychological damage.
