i like chocolate!!! So do i but the average amount of fat in a 100g 70% dark chocolate bar is 46g. Hope this helps
Chocolate is primarily fat (due to the cocoa butter and added vegetable oils in cheap chocolate), however the sugar content determines how much of the chocolate is carbohydrate. Realistically, chocolate will always have a higher fat concentration than carbohydrate concentration, since the less fat it contains, the less it will "melt-in-your-mouth". I.e the more sugar you add, the crunchier it becomes, by which stage it's not really chocolate anymore.
yes chocolate can if you eat to much it will also rot your teeth! don't eat to much as it will cause STOMACH ACHE! unless you eat dark chocolate which contains 70% of cocoa that can burn fat. but you shouldn't eat it as your regular diet as the result is the same. eat it just a few blocks and that is healthy. additional information : chocolate contais arginine(a type of amino acid) and theobromine(bitter alkaloid that can be found in cocoa plant, tea leaves etc.)
