1st question- if the car value is below your state's car exemption- you can keep it. The trustee will take the car only if its value is substantially higher than the exemption (assuming you own the car free and clear). If there is still a secured car loan, then the trustee wont take it unless, again, there is substantial value compared to the cost of paying off the loan.
2nd question- putting property under someone else's name is one of the BEST ways to get in trouble with the court. You risk having your BK dismissed for acting in bad faith, moreover, the trustee can force your husband to "give back" the car as an preference. Even if there is no value in the car, DO NOT try to transfer any property to others, as it is a BLATANT attempt to keep your property away from creditors.
