The Dakota font may not be supported by iChat, or there may be compatibility issues between the font and the iChat software. It is recommended to use a font that is known to be compatible with iChat for better performance.
If your MacBook Pro indicates that your iChat icon is damaged or incomplete, it may be due to a corrupted application file or an incomplete installation of the software. This can happen after a software update, improper installation, or file corruption. To resolve the issue, try reinstalling the iChat application or restoring it from a backup. If the problem persists, consider checking for system updates or running disk utility to repair any potential disk issues.
