it is usually in the glove box with the owners manuel. It's a little silver nut thing that has a raised pattern on one side to fit into the round lug nut on your tire. most people who have rims have these.

Put the key in the lug nut lock and keep turning it until the entire locking lug nut cover assembly comes off...just keep turning it clockwise with the key until the whole thing comes off. Then use the lug wrench to remove the lug nut that is holding on the spare tire cover. Remove the cover and then take the other lug nuts off.

Depends on how its stuck. If you have a Frozen Lug Nut, you gotta cut the Lug Stud off below the nut. If all lugs are off and it just wont slide off the Lug Spindle/Lug Studs, try hitting the back with a brass hammer, or putting a crow bar through the Wheel Rim somewhere and levering against it.....
