I have experince in dealing with itchiness from alohol hand sanitiziers.
If you use them too often it can cause damage to your skin resulting in reduced effectiveness,uv sensitivity and redness and itching
But Itching from reactions or chemicals is never permenant, there are anti-itch creams that can be purchased from chemists if itching lasts too long.
In my opinion,as everyone says. Only use the sanitizer if you have no water source close, such as working on the road or if you are in high risk areas such as hospitals.
yes because of the alcohol used in the hand sanitizer
soap and water. sometimes isopropyl alcohol hand sanitizer

Klenza is India's first alcohol free hand sanitizer. It uses a silver and water-based foam technology. It is a completely non-toxic hand sanitizer, gentle and safe for kids. Klenza hand sanitizer protects from germs 3 hours after its use.
Hand sanitizer is the best way to clean dirty and contaminated hands without using soap and water. It effectively kills 99.9% germs and bacteria from hands in a few seconds. Well, if you want your hands to be germ free, use hand sanitizers with 60- 90 percent of alcohol. Such as Purell, Germout, Germ-x, Bacide, Aquim, Aquawet and others with more than 60 percent of alcohol. So don't use non-alcohol hand sanitizers.

The proper way to apply hand sanitizer is to first make sure your hands are visibly clean. Then, apply a small amount of sanitizer, about the size of a coin, to the palm of one hand. Rub your hands together, making sure to cover all surfaces, including the back of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails, until the sanitizer is dry.
