Most drugs that you take cannot be made to leave you system faster by drinking lots of water. They are designed that way, otherwise your dosing stratagy would have to be almost hourly if they could be 'cleansed' that quickly. They are designed to linger in your system in order to be effective.

This all depends on how many milligrams you have taken and for how long of a duration. Tons of water or anything with antioxidants (cranberry juice, green tea, etc.) is the best "cleanser." I would give yourself at least 5 days though to be safe.
