No. You need 3D TV and Blu-ray player to watch 3D movies on TV. The way 3D TV sends images to eyes is different from regular 2D TVs and there are two different 3D TV technologies.
Active 3D TV sends one image to each lens of shutter glasses by switching images rapidly. Active 3D is able to operate at full HD resolution. Passive 3D TV does two images to both lenses of polarized 3D glasses at the same time. Passive television reduces the number of lines to only 540 rather than the 1080 available in active models.
