With that GPA you should get in without much of a problem. I got a 3.4 also and got in. With an ACT score of 16, it lowers your chance allot. I had a 24 on the ACT which is a bit low for them, but still okay. One of my friends, got denied from MSU with a 3.5 and a 21 on the ACT. He took the ACT again and got a 23. He got in when he reapplied. I would go the same route as him. Retake the ACT and get at least a 23.
