Yes and no. If you already got a flu shot before someone in your household got the stomach flu then you have a VERY low, to no chance at all to getting a stomach flu. If you did not get a flu shot yet or are against flu shots or other medical treatments then to reduce this risk, I would recommend washing your hands after you get home from work or school, before and after you eat, and during any free time that you may have. Also try to stay away from the person with the illness, until it is completely gone.(you can be around them to help them if they need help, but make sure you don't touch your face e.i. face, mouth, eyes, etc. and wash your hands afterwards)

The day after Thanksgiving, my ex woke up with the stomach flu, but I never got it even though we were intimate the previous night. It's a hit or miss in my opinion.

You will probably also get the stomach flu. However, our bodies react differently, it's not a certainty you will experience the same symptoms.
