Sauna has little or nothing to do with it, btw. In fact, becoming dehydrated could concentrate the chemical. We'd just try to remain abstinent instead of trying to beat the ETG test. It is, if anything, too sensitive, and beating it is pretty difficult, although 60 hours might do it.
