Going to heaven does not depend only on scripture. If you read John 3:16-17, it really depends on believing in Jesus Christ and keeping his commandments, by following his example and by promising not to commit sin ever in our lives. But it is suggested in James 1:5, "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him", so ask god to know what you should do. No. Hebrews 11:6 - But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Romans 10:17 - So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. If it is impossible to please God without faith, and faith comes by hearing (studying) His word, it would not be possible to develop a God-pleasing faith without reading The Bible or going to church (which the Bible enjoins upon Christians - Hebrews 10:25). Also, James was writing to faithful Christians. Go on to James 1:6 - But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.Someone who doesn't want to bother with reading the Bible can't have the faith that is required to seriously expect God to impart wisdom to them.

Generally if you go to a not super strict church in the phew in front of you on the back will be a bible or song book and pencil and envelopes. I your parents dont mind grab all three out. Tear apart the envelope when your singing so you dont make noise and draw. Thats what i do. Or i people watch. You wouldnt believe how many wierd people are at church
