I got my black lab pup from a litter of 11
Its like the size of a lab or a boxer
63 days, or 2 months. Same thing.
Please, take your pup to your Vet. There are several very different reasons a pup might vomit and the Vet can only diagnose the problem if it examines the pup and does some diagnostic testing. The listlessness may be another symptom of whatever is causing the vomiting, or it may just be a result of not getting enough nutrition, because it keeps vomiting. In any case, pups are small and it doesn't take long for them to become malnourished and/or dehydrated. Please, take the pup in.
its not called a wolf puppy its called a wolf pup.
I got my lab pup from a breeder who bred a yellow lab and a black lab.The mum was the yellow lab and the dad was a black Lab .My pup is a male and he takes after the dad so he is a black lab he is still considered a pedigree and he is registered in the kennel club. So yes it is perfectly fine to breed labs if they are a different colour they will still be pedigree pups if the mum and dad are full Labs and the pups will be perfectly healthy.
The wolf pup that becomes the alpha wolf pup depends on a few things. One way a wolf pup can become the alpha wolf pup is to defeat the current alpha wolf pup. If there is no current alpha wolf pup then they must prove to the other pups that they are either the strongest or the best leader.
Depends on where you are. Generally its the price of what 1 pup will sell for.
A guide dog should be very well socialized and adjust to a new dog fairly easily. However, you should not leave an adult dog unsupervised with a puppy unless it is the puppy's own mother. Be sure the pup does not pester the adult too much and have the pup neutered at six months and you'll avoid most of the potential problems of the two of them getting along. I think he'll be cautious at first, then as he gets used to the pup's scent and presence, he'll probably be nice to it and they'll play.
Your Lab should whelp out a pup about every 2 hours, if she is straining longer than this and producing no pup, then she needs to go to the Veterinarian immediately. She could have a dead pup or a live pup blocking the birth canal, which will cause the death of all the pups remaining in her and eventually her death. It is good to take her to the Vet anyway just to have a check up done on her. Bring any live pups with you in a box with a heating pad in it on LOW only, put several blankets on top of the heating pad so that the pups do not get too hot or burned.
You're not SUPPOSED to, but the mom might count heads and become upset. It is best for the pup to stay with its mom.
