Yes, part of your probation is not having possession of, or using, illegal drugs. If you are caught violating probation, there is a very high chance that you will be arrested, and your probation will be voided.
It depends on how serious the probation violation is considered to be. Your violation wasn't a repeat of the offense you were on probation for, so it's really up to your probation officer. He can give you a warning and another chance, or he can have you arrested and sent to a hearing where your probation could be revoked, and you would serve out your jail sentence.
Yes. If you fail, you get another chance though.
i don't think so but hes in charge so just listen to him and ask the judge when u get a chance
In a few months after failing the first test you'll get ONE more chance to take it.
Ask him if there is any chance they can give a few more weeks to do wht you need to do so that you wont get in trouble. comment me back
They can recommend. But, you have to have done the work asked of you and show up. This is a time for you to show tangible results of your efforts to follow through with what you have been expected to do.
You penalty can vary depending on the situation and what the Probation Officers recommendation is going to be. Most likely your Probation will be violated and you will have to serve the sentence that you were originally sentenced to serve.
hello my name is chance I just got on probation in Texas and they where trying to scare me telling me they where going to drug test me before court and before I could get clean but then had to wait tell after court a month later. PS.and I was clean
A probation sentence is a punitive sentence given in place of jail time. It means the convict will live and work on the community during the entire sentence and have to report in frequently to a probation officer that he/she is assigned. They are given different restrictions such as no drinking, administered urine tests, made to attend counseling in some cases, also they must hold down employment for the entire time. If they violate any of the terms of probation, they will be taken into custody and a hearing scheduled in front of a judge to determine the sanction. In some cases, probation can be revoked and the convict will do the remainder of his probation period in jail. In other cases, probation may be lengthened. It is determined by the judge based on whether its a technical violation or another crime committed. Probation is a way of the system giving the convict a second chance and also keeping the jails less crowded.
Not a chance
