That's because the YouTube video you are trying to import is not a compatible format for Windows Movie Maker.
Convert the video to one of the following file name extensions (formats) listed below:

EDIT:
If it's already one of these formats, make sure after you click the 'Import Video' button, that the box reading "Create clips for video files" is NOT TICKED.
Also, if that doesn't work, also make sure that the "Download codecs automatically" box IS ticked (it can be found under Tools > Options > General tab).
